Il Ritorno From the James Beard House to Central Ave, the lauded husband-wife team of Dave and Erica Benstock bring their modern take on Italian classics to the MFA. Chef David worked his way through the ranks at various restaurants, eventually running front line at Wolfgang Puck Spago in Colorado. A sharp focus on Italian cuisine at Fontainebleau Scarpetta in Miami ultimately led Chef David to put his own unique twist on traditional dishes. Upon returning to St. Pete, the fresh Italian cooking style that Il Ritorno is known for was born.
