One of the hottest names in the local food scene, Alicia Wolding aka The Girl with the Whisk Tatoo, is the featured chef at the MFA's annual cooking demo and tasting event. As you dine on scrumptious sweet treats, witness the innovative pastry chef make batter, filler and her signature Swiss meringue buttercream icing leading up to the finale of designing an origami-inspired Florida Cane Rum cake. Florida Cane Distillery will provide ingredients for the culinary masterpiece and present a carefully selected cocktail program to complement the event.
Wolding is a former contestant on Netflix's dessert reality cooking show, Sugar Rush, and star of MTV's 2018 web video series, Meme Cakes.
