Join us for an evening of gratitude and grasshoppers as New York-based chef Joseph Yoon of Brooklyn Bugs serves up the future of food - insects.

Inspired by the insect-themed exhibition, The Grasshopper and The Ant and Other Stories, as told by Jennifer Angus, Yoon will present a tasting menu of 10 plated dishes where insects will be cooked into the dish, featured as the main ingredient or applied in a variety of other ways. Also included will be an insect-themed cocktail menu and a unique soundscape composed by DJ HPrizm of the 1990s alternative hip-hip group, Antipop Consortium, that incorporates the sounds of various insects.

Yoon is the executive director of Brooklyn Bugs, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and appreciation for edible insects, and promoting ento-cuisine as a sustainable and delicious source of protein.
